Work also includes associated electrical components, emergency generator, required site improvements, and access road. Located along Speedway Rd (SR-2355). 2. Division 02 - Gravity Sewer a. Construction of 4,800 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer located along Speedway Rd. (SR-2355) and across private property. 3. Division 03 - Force Main a. Construction of 4,110 LF of 6-inch force main located along Speedway Rd (SR-2355).

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Project has an expected duration of 450 days.

This project is being funded in whole or in part by the federal State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All federal SLFRF requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) and may not be debarred from doing business with the federal government. Respondents on this work will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations.
