Public Projects

The Project consists of the rehabilitation of seven sanitary sewer collection system pump stations. Rehabilitation activities include, but are not limited to, replacement of pump(s) and associated appurtenances (guide rails, discharge piping, valves, etc.), epoxy coating/lining of existing wet wells, electrical and control upgrades, installation of air release valves, site improvements including replacement and/or expansion of perimeter fencing, driveway/access improvements, and relocation/addition to electrical panel racks and shelters

The project will include the demolition of the existing terminal building and construction of the new terminal building within the same footprint. The project will also include re-construction of the adjacent access drive and parking area for the terminal building. The site work will involve removal of approximately 1800 square yards of asphalt pavement, approximately 1,500 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, approximately 2,100 square yards of 12” deep crushed aggregate base course, and approximately 525 tons of asphalt pavement. The site development will also include about 600 linear feet of storm pipe, and water and sewer service laterals.

Upgrades to existing WWTP including, but not limited to, new access gate, new electrical building, new mechanical drum screen, new aeration blower and aeration manifold, digester, and aeration basin improvements.

Project scope generally consists of construction of new 9600 SF hangar building and associated apron

The project will consist of airfield storm drainage improvements to include ditch grading, replacement of existing drainage pipes and structures, and installation of new drainage pipes and structures. The project includes approximately 15,000 cubic yards of unclassified excavation and approximately 2,500 cubic yards of embankment in place.

The project will include the construction of new taxiway, taxilane, apron, and roadway pavements, as well as the construction of two t-hangar buildings and associated utilities. The project includes approximately 33,000 cubic yards of embankment of offsite material, approximately 6,000 tons of asphalt pavement, and approximately 3,500 linear feet of new drainage pipes. The project also includes the installation of new taxiway lights and signage.

The work will consist of installing 1,627 square feet of stormwater management underground infiltration system, stormwater pump station with electrical control panel, associated storm drainage system, ABC stone and concrete pavement replacement, and dune vegetation replacement within Town right-of-way and Town parcels located near Crowell Street Public Beach Access.

The proposed design is a combination of imbricated boulder revetment and stream bank grading with matting to avoid the stream from exposing the existing 12-inch sanitary sewer line.

Installation of approx 15,318 LF of 2-, 3-, and 4-inch PVC LP FM and all necessary appurtenances and installation of 64 LP sewer services, including pumps, and connection to customers sewer line.
