Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at 202 MacKenan Court, Cary, NC 27511 located at 202 MacKenan Court, Cary, NC 27511. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Facility upgrades to the existing Woodlake WWTP. Upgrades include, but are not limited to, new site access gate, new electrical building, new mechanical drum screen, new aeration blower and aeration manifold, digester & aeration basin improvements.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Project has an expected duration of 365 days.
