Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Knox Chapman Utility District located at 1905 E. Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, Tennessee 37920, until Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 2pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodations must contact the Owner no later than seven (7) days prior to the Bid opening.

This Project is being supported with U.S. Department of the Treasury, American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other Federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
